The Novitell Fusion is completely free from binding agreements with mobile network operators allowing for free roaming between networks at all times. If the service provider has an MVNO agreement, the Novitell Fusion will allow them to drastically reduce production costs by using IP whenever possible while achieving all other advantages of the Novitell Fusion.
