Introduction

Novitell provides the Mobile VoIP solution the Novitell Fusion. A solution for enterprise users that will allow them to use their mobile phone for VoIP when in Wifi coverage and as a regular mobile phone out of coverage, without any interaction needed from the enterprise user. By upgrading mobility to VoIP the enterprise gains benefits like lower cost on mobile usage and flexible, effective and mobile employees.

Business model

Novitell licenses the Novitell Fusion to service providers who in turn deploy them to their enterprise customers.

The Novitell Fusion allows service providers to transfer their superior IP telephony offer from fixed line to the mobile phone. By offering mobility, customizable PBX features and endless integration opportunities, the service provider is presented with a range of opportunities to offer or develop additional revenue streams, gain more customers and reduce churn.

Besides service providers Novitell engages in partnerships with resellers and Original Equipment Manufacturers to build or integrate complementary offers that provide value adding benefits for the enterprises.
